Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Streaming Guide — Crunchyroll October 11, Netflix US October 17
Dragon Ball Super: Beerus streams on Crunchyroll from October 11 across newly confirmed regions. Netflix has a separate October 17 US launch. Here are the dates and limits.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus begins streaming with subtitles on Crunchyroll on October 11, 2026, including in the United States. Netflix’s US launch is October 17. Those are different service dates; neither establishes availability in every country. The confirmed region map is below.
Japan’s TV premiere remains Sunday, October 11, at 11:15 p.m. JST on Fuji TV’s network, according to the official Japanese schedule. Its midnight streaming slots belong to the following calendar day and should not be substituted for Crunchyroll’s regional upload time.
Where to stream Beerus: the confirmed map
| Service | Confirmed start | Region or scope |
|---|---|---|
| Crunchyroll | October 11, 2026, subtitled | United States, Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, India, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East |
| Netflix | October 17, 2026 | United States; other markets require their own confirmation |
| Niconico | October 15, 2026, at 12:15 a.m. JST | Japan streaming schedule announced by Dwango |
Crunchyroll’s October 5 announcement expands the map beyond this page’s earlier EMEA coverage. Its current list explicitly includes Africa and the Middle East, rather than leaving those regions out. The October 1 Crunchyroll release reproduced by Anime UK News had already named Europe, including the UK and Ireland, the Middle East and Africa, with weekly subtitled episodes.
Netflix announced October 17 specifically for the US. Its title listing is not a country-by-country launch calendar and does not establish the Netflix release date outside the US. Check your region’s official listing rather than applying the US announcement worldwide.
For Japan, Dwango’s October 3 announcement lists Niconico from October 15 at 12:15 a.m. JST. This is a separate domestic service schedule, not a later worldwide premiere.
What the enhanced edition changes
Beerus rebuilds the existing Dragon Ball Super anime. Toei’s January announcement describes added animation, revisions to earlier scenes, newly rendered footage, fresh voice recording, changes to music and effects, and a reconstructed narrative. Akira Toriyama retains the original work, story and character design credit.
That makes it more substantial than replaying the old episodes, but does not turn it into a confirmed post-Tournament of Power sequel. Added scenes and revised presentation do not settle the final episode order or the full extent of the material being adapted.
The official Super Surge Trailer
Toei Animation published this trailer on September 2. The official announcement highlights Goku, Beerus, Frieza and threats approaching Earth, with previews of the opening ONOGAMI by MEGATERA・ZERO and ending Kan Peki No Peki by VK Blanka. Promotional footage does not establish the season’s complete chronology.
Beerus and The Galactic Patrol are separate
Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol is a separately announced new production adapting the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc after the Universe Survival arc. Its announcement does not give it Beerus’s October date, an episode count or a streaming platform. Keeping the projects separate matters when checking release schedules or interpreting their artwork.
October 8 is an advance screening
Toei’s New York Comic Con panel on Thursday, October 8, from noon to 12:45 p.m. local time includes Episode 1’s advance screening at the Empire Stage, Javits Center. Monica Rial hosts, with Jason Douglas and Ian Sinclair appearing. This is an in-person screening; it is not the public US streaming premiere, and the English actors’ participation does not establish a dub release schedule.
What remains unannounced
The sources checked here do not provide an exact Crunchyroll upload hour for each region, an English dub timetable or a complete episode count. Netflix dates outside the verified US announcement also need separate confirmation. The named territories should not be broadened into a worldwide rights claim.
For character context, our Beerus explainer covers his powers, Whis and Vegeta’s Ultra Ego connection. More series coverage is available in Anime and our Dragon Ball hub.
